Bench Press:
4 x 8 (135lbs)

Shoulder dumbbell press:
10 x 40lbs
10 x 45lbs
40 x arm extensions 10lbs

calf extensions:
3 sets 90lbs

-10 x strict chin ups
-10 x front squat 135lbs
-10 x back squat 135lbs
-10 x back squat 185lbs
-10 x dips
-50 ab crunches
